  3. Leave a message with as much detail as you'd like.

  4. My reply will go to your e-mail inbox (even if you close the webpage!)
    - Our conversation will continue there - no need to come back to this chat box. (If I happen to be online, we can chat live.)


Why is this the best method for me?
