Shipping policy

All items are hand made, and made to order specifically for you.
Processing times to hand make each piece of jewelry varies during the time of the year.
Please see the front page announcements for the most current processing time estimates. 

Order Processing & Shipping Procedures
1. Once your order is placed, an e-mail notification should be sent to your provided e-mail.
***PLEASE*** check all your inboxes, including spam incase you do not initially see the confirmation. 

2. Depending on the processing times and the amount of orders currently in queue, your order will be worked on in the order it was received. Please allow time for your piece of jewelry to be hand crafted. Please see the front page for the current processing time estimates

3. While your order is being processed you might see that a shipping label is created. This means that your label is printed at my computer. However, this only means the label was printed.

4. Your order has final details and is laid out in the shipping line up. At this point details like double checking invoice details, polishing, carding, and packing are happening. There will be a delay between printing the label at the computer then it being dropped off at the post office. At any given time there are several dozen orders being processed, so please be patient for the tracking update. Once your order is officially scanned at the post office, you will receive additional notifications of the progress of your package.

5.  Once USPS has possession of your package, you should include separate notifications for each tracking update (i.e. out for delivery & delivered)

Domestic orders within the United States
Free domestic shipping on orders over $100.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, unless worked out with the customer otherwise.
Please be aware of your countries customs and fees as these not included in your checkout process with Yay Hawaii.

Customs and fees of your county are the responsibility of you, the customer.
