Cancellations must be done within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this there may be a cancellation fee depending on where your order is in the processing.
Orders are hand made to order and a cancellation can affect the materials and time put into your order if crafting has begun. If we are using materials that cannot be recovered for another piece of jewelry, we will assess the cost for a cancellation fee on a case by case basis.

All jewelry is hand made to order and sales are final.
Exceptions are if errors were made by us, and a replacement or correction needs to be made. We will arrange to exchange or replace at no cost.

- If we have delivered an item that is not the correct size according to the invoice, we will arrange an exchange at no cost.
- If you want to resize something that was made according to the invoice but now is not a good fit, we will assess a resizing fee on a case by case basis.
- If we have NOT delivered your item AND it has not been started by our jeweler, we can take requests to change the size on the invoice. If the jeweler as already started your piece, a resizing fee may be assessed.

Yes, we need to purchase a label and use supplies to pack your order. Therefore, we must charge a shipping fee to cover these costs.
