We have recently experienced some server issues, particularly with customers with Yahoo e-mail accounts. 

If you have not received an order confirmation, orders update, or a reply to an inquiry you sent, please try to use a secondary e-mail that is not on the Yahoo server.  Alternatively, you can send us a message on Instagram, or Facebook if you are able. 

Please include your name and/or order number so we may be able to identify your relevant order and assist you better.
