When is the deadline?

• November 30th, 11:59pm.

 

Why do you have a deadline?

• We get a huge surge of orders for Christmas season.
• To ensure we can get through them all we have set a deadline of November 30th, 11:59pm.

When will delivery be?

• Earlier orders will be delivered approximately December 1st - 14th.
• Orders placed closer to the end of the deadline will be approximately December 14th-24th (Christmas Eve).

 

Can I get my order by a specific date?

• If you *require* your order earlier (i.e. if you are shipping it yourself to the recipient), then please Contact Us Here to request an expedited delivery date.
• We will do our best to accommodate these requests. 
• PLEASE do not request unless you really require it. If we are overloaded with expedite requests we will by swamped and may need to decline requests.

 

I placed my order after the deadline, can I get it by Christmas?

• We will strive to process more orders after we get through all others, however it is NOT guaranteed. 
• It can be advantageous to place your order ASAP so it will be in queue, however it is NOT guaranteed.

• No, it is not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.

 

Why won't NO RUSH orders be delivered by Christmas?

• As of November 5th, 2024 we announced the Christmas deadline would be November 30th.
• This sale is an incentive for those who want to shop holiday savings, but do not mind getting their purchases past Christmas. 

 

When will NO RUSH orders be mailed?

• We will begin processing NO RUSH orders during the second week of January. 
• Delivery is estimated between third week of January - first week of February.

 

Why is delivery estimated between third week of January - first week of February?

• We get a huge surge of Christmas orders that need to be processed in time for delivery. After this our jewelers takes some time to spend with their family and enjoy the holiday into the new year. They will be back to start handmaking all orders during the second week of January. Depending on the volume of NORUSH orders, it can take a couple weeks to get through all of them. Orders will be made in the order they are received, so the latest orders that come in toward the end of the sale will be the latest to be delivered.
