(For example, a customer with a freshwater pearl bangle and never took it off saw her pearl looking dry and discolored after a couple years). In order to help maintain your pearls, periodically use a small drop of olive oil, coconut oil, or mineral oil on your fingers to rub and "moisturize" your pearl.
